Our 5 year old Bed & Breakfast has 4 rooms available. We offer two rooms with a private bath and two rooms with ensuite. Each room is decorated in a different port of call destination theme. Wireless internet is now available for our bed and breakfast guests.
Year round accommodation located on the 130 acre Dunloe Farm in the hamlet of West Guilford.
Minutes away from quality dining, golf course, the Cottage Country Gift Shop, Haliburton Forest & Wildlife Centre and the Sir Sandfield Fleming Haliburton School of the Arts.
Close to public beach, grocery store with amenities such as an LCBO outlet and Post Office, Laundromat and so much more.
Our farm offers lots of trails for walking and hiking. We also have Pick-Your-Own Strawberries in the spring, Maple Syrup from our forest, firewood and many varieties of Sweet Corn in late summer.

Movies
We feature an extensive video library with 300+ titles in VHS format and several DVD titles. Each of the rooms contains a small tv with vcr or dvd player for private viewing. Guests are welcome to choose to join our family to watch satellite tv or a movie in the sunroom.
Trails for Wandering
Our property consists of 130 acres, with wilderness trails throughout, which guests are encouraged to explore.
The Dunloe Farm

Just Plain Relaxing
We offer a number of quiet indoor activities including jigsaw puzzles, books, and magazines.

Meals at Lady Esther...
We provide a sumputuous Buffet Breakfast daily which includes fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, yogurt, hot entree, tea/coffee, juice, and toast.
Special dietary considerations can be accommodated but please be sure to indicate your particular needs at time of booking.
Tea, Coffee and Bottled Water are always available through out the day or evening.
Picnic lunches can be provided by prior arrangment for an extra fee. Please make arrangements before your arrival so we can obtain your requested foods.

Kids and Pets...
Kids
Children are always welcome, but parents must be responsible for supervising them at all times. Rambunctious play in the house is not acceptable, nor is the torture or teasing of our little dogs and cats. Please indicate number of adults and number of children at time of booking.
Pets
There are two, friendly little dogs and 3 cats in residence. Bosley is a 2-year old Schnauzer and Esther is a 14-year old Pomeranian. McTavish is a 2 year old taby cat and our 1 year old pursians Maggie & Samantha. We prefer not to accept guest pets, just in case they don’t get along with the critters who currently rule our little roost! If you can’t bear to be parted from your furry children, just ask us. Exceptions can be made for well-behaved and crated pets.

The Fine Print
Payment methods
VISA, M/C, Interac, Cheques, Cash
50% deposit required at time of booking
A deposit of 50% by credit card or cheque will secure a firm reservation.
Check-in Time is 3 pm
Check-out Time is 11 am
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A two week notice is required for no charge to you. A one week cancellation will require a 50% deposit fee loss. Any thing else will require full payment for the booked time of that room or rooms.
